"It was a great place to stay. Across the street from a temple and large cemetery. Sweet residential neighborhood but close to lots of restaurants and a major shopping street. Easy walk to the train station. But we took a cab in and out with our luggage. So nice to have more space than a 120 sq ft hotel room for a similar price. The host was very responsive to questions."

Top Machida Hotel Reviews

APA Hotel Shinjuku Kabukicho Tower

APA Hotel Shinjuku Kabukicho Tower

10/10 Excellent
"I've stayed here several times. Great location, nice hot bath on the 28th floor (though I don't believe it's hot spring water). Quiet considering the busy area. Lots of drinking, dining and shopping options. Shinjuku Station is a 10-15 minute walk, Seibu Shinjuku Station is a 2 minute walk (best way to catch the Yamanote, Seibu to Takadanobaba) They warn about elevator madness at check-out. Check-in also gets a little crazy, but staff is very helpful. Rooms are small but a great value. Fancier hotels with bigger rooms are close, but at 2x - 3x the price."
