I received a friendly welcome upon arrival and was glad to walk into a clean room that smelt fresh. I was tired an got a good night sleep in the comfortable kingsize bed. Nice breakfast and a friendly greeting as I left in the morning.

Clean room, friendly, breakfast average, fair price, $25 for dog seems excessive. Biggest complaint is not having parking lot cleared of snow or at a minimilum, shovel a path to the door
