He then rudely ordered me to wait for five minutes without any “please” nor further explanation. I told him that I’m in such a hurry, then he reluctantly processed my check-out in such an unbelievably slow pace. After printing out the deposit agreement, he asked me to sign in order to verify that I’ve received my deposit back. I told him that it is illogical as he did not give me any penny back yet. He then threatened me that if I’m not signing, he wouldn’t pay me back my deposit. The whole experience could not be more unpleasant. The condition was agreeable, comfortable. Staff were courteous and helpful. Location is not too far from ferry terminal to which they also provide a free shuttle service. For exploring Macau, it is a bit of a long walk but doable. Casino is on the ground floor but does not interfere with stay experience.
