You have to lug your luggage they a mall, which no one helps you. Then across the aquarium lobby and to the front desk. However, once reported, we were assigned to another room for our stay. The front desk manager gave a call to apologise and sent a fruit plate to our room by himself that night. And they called again on the next day and apologise again for the inconvenience caused. Delay checkout and free buffet meals at their restaurant are provided.
