The main issue I had was staff at some of the restaurants at the hotel ignored me because I spoke English and they apparently didn't so yea but they should make an effort not just walk away from me when I try asking them questions. The other main issue is with the transportation they offer a shuttle service but apparently you need a pass to get it and you have to navigate the casino/hotel to get to it with luggage. Why on earth do you put the place to get the shuttle pass ticket in the casino area and I can't bring my luggage in to get my shuttle pass. Getting around was a nightmare and more trouble then it was worth. Another complaint I had was they gave me a plate of fruit but I am just one person and only staying one night seems a bit wasteful to expect me to eat a Pitaya three apples a banana and other fruits in such a short period of time.
