"To be honest on arrival, from the outside we wasn't expecting much. But as I've always been told " never judge a book by it's covers" the hotel lobby and the downstairs were very pleasing on the eye.... We had a standard double suite, and on opening the door, loved it, it's was clean, beautifully decorated, and the bathroom.... What can I say a double shower and a extra large bath! The bed was comfortable,the price we paid for what we got were very acceptable, then there was the additional bonus of a free breakfast. I have read quite a few reviews for this hotel and personally cannot understand where you are coming from. We have booked for Christmas "

"This Chalet is a gem, perfect for a relaxing break, the host was excellent... keeping this chalet in top class condition and immaculately clean. Everything worked perfectly which made for an stress- free holiday experience, and great to relax on the decking after a day walking & exploring the area. I would certainly recommend this place to friends & family and will try and come next year. A 5* rating for this place and for the host who communicated so well when I first booked the property...10/10 Terry"

"I have stayed at this resort many times and it always serves me well. Set in beautiful grounds on a lovely golf course with splendor of wildlife, landscape and flora, even the hardest to please couldn't crack a frown at this retreat. The building is charmed in character, the staff at utmost professional and efficient, the spa, pool and gym facilities are second to none. As for the rooms, they are spacious, nicely decorated and furnished to high standards with full AC and blacked out curtains, the restaurant is lovely and the bar and adjoining garden area where you can also eat is well manicured and has a fantastic vista. You will not be disappointed and the vfm is incredible."

"Room size was very good, we stayed in a twin room. Lovely walk in shower room. Everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Tea and coffee making facilities. Only downside was there's not a mini fridge in the room. Lovely and clean and we will definitely be staying again. Excellent value for the money] money and plenty of free parking. Much closer to the town centre than we had anticipated. Great stay thank you "
