Staff was great. The property itself was not. The shower didnt drain properly and there was a mildew/musty smell throughout my entire stay. The climate control didnt work at all for my second night. Cheap for a reason.

I expected a room with AC when I was searching I did put WiFi restaurant AC and fridge I arrived in a room hot as h@&$ Didn’t had fridge in room and I have a diabetic child so I had to buy a cooler to put ice in it. I had to store the bag with medicine by the front desk because that was the only fridge that they could provide. They couldn’t provide a ice bucket On my very next day I had to go to the doctor with my child due to allergies (fan was dirty) and she is allergic to dust Wanted to check out and i had to lose all the money if I wanted to go “policy” pffff That was on my very first day after an 11hour flight and the next day.

Lovely aesthetics - breakfast on deck is great! Rooms pretty simple but comfortable. We asked for a twin rather than double but didn’t get it, but luckily the double was two singles together, but couldn’t move them due to fixed tables. Was able to move single bed to another part of the room.

Nice hotel with dining options a few streets from it. A little difficult to find as it's in the middle of a residential sector.

The hotel was fine for our needs for a one night stay before getting on our cruise, but anything more than one day? Absolutely not! The bathroom situation is odd, while it was disclosed that it was a shared bathroom the bathroom leaves little to be desired. The shower is so small that the rainwater shower head sits at the opening of the glass enclosure for the shower. Now this would normally not be an issue however the shower is built into the corner of the room with no lip so water spills out of the shower and pools the whole bathroom floor and there is a large squeegee to clear the water down the shower drain, leaving it nearly impossible to get dressed or put anything on your feet because the bathroom floor is soaked with standing water. The room is also so small there is no room for a suitcase to be opened on the floor. Room is also stuffy with essentially no air flow. If this room was $40 for the night stay then fine but for nearly $300 for the night you are better off staying somewhere else.
