Paps is a retired tuna captain and it appears his family runs the place. He’s always out front chewing betel nut and keeping an eye on his water. Does not get more local than this. At the beginning of the main strip with all the restaurants and shops. Plenty parking for scooters. Breakfast Nextdoor while staring at the dark blue water. It’s hauntingly memorable."
