We had bedbugs and we moved to a new room that also had bedbugs and we also had a neighbor who was very loud until 4 AM every night in room 3402 We asked for a refund I was told that it would have to go through you all and then they could not help My son was bitten by the bedbugs

Chateau Beachfront Hotel, A By The Sea Resort
The staff was very nice and helpful....but my room was not what it looked like on the internet....It seems like they need a little remodeling but it was paint spots on the floor and the tub was chipping off with black spots....I had to put a towel in the tub so I can take a shower...I think it could ...
