(9 reviews) This is a new hotel. The rooms are large. The staff is very friendly. I will say that the entrances are designed poorly. There is a step up into the lobby which means you can't wheel a luggage cart through the front door unless you walk down to the ramp for handicap accessibility in front of the handicap parking spaces to access the front lobby. This is true also for rear or side entrances, there's a step at the door to exit to the outside. Notably, this entrance is right next to the handicap accessible rooms. In addition the handicap accessible rooms were located furthest from the elevator and breakfast lobby. While the staff was very friendly and helpful, when I called to try to reserve a two bedroom suite, they were all booked. But upon arrival, a number of the one bedroom suites had an adjoining standard room, which served our purpose . None of the staff that I spoke to on the phone thought to offer that as an option. This is a new hotel and I'm sure they are working out the kinks. The biggest flaw was the design of the entrances.
