You will have access to the upstairs unit which includes 3 bedrooms, one of them is a dedicated office room/bedroom, the main living room, a full kitchen, a backyard, and a shared laundry room in the basement.

The house has a studio apartment in the basement which is not included in the rental space.

The studio has a separate entrance, and the downstairs laundry room is the only shared space with the upstairs. You will not have access to the studio space downstairs and will be occupied.


PARKING: Driveway (3 vehicles) and street parking if needed.

Please remember that the studio downstairs may be occupied during your stay and is not included in your rental.
