The hotel corridors and rooms are very cold. They need to save themselves some money and make it a sensible cool temperature and not like a fridge

A rambling hotel with different types of room scattered around the premises. The hotel is found along a track of the main road and sits on the shore front which is made up of mangroves and is not suitable for swimming, though water activities like kayaking are available. The premises are guarded and guests are escorted to the parking areas and thence to the front desk for check-in. A great place overall and a good introduction to Puerto Galera. Rooms were adequate for our group of 5 adults plus one child. I would book again. The staff were very helpful, the food in the restaurant was enjoyable. The only improvements I can suggest is tea/coffee making facilities and a small fridge(seem to think available on request.

Excellent staffs!

Check-in was efficient and friendly. We arrived at 3.30am and were offered an extra night at a reduced rate, which was very good as my wife and I were ready to sleep. The restaurant meals were a bit hit and miss as certain things were not available. The buffet breakfast was nice but a few more variations for the foreigner would help. All the staff were attentive and friendly. Special mention for the breakfast staff and the room attendant.
