Appartement décoré avec goût et heureusement car pour le reste beaucoup de choses à revoir. Déjà la télé n'est pas par satellite comme nommé dans l'annonce ensuite dans chaque pièces il y a des prises qui ne fonctionnent pas, des interrupteurs reliés à rien, la literie est déplorable, trop peu de vaisselle etc etc. Mon ressenti est que pour encaisser les loyers là il y a du monde mais pour réinvestir il n'y a plus personne. De même, une cafetière trop petite au vu du nombre de locataires. Un + pour les jeux d’enfants et jeu de carte, c’est sympa d’avoir ça dans la loc. Et c’est agréable d’être accueille par quelqu’un (et non de trouver les clés dans un boîtier près de la porte comme ça se fait de plus en plus !).
