Déjà la télé n'est pas par satellite comme nommé dans l'annonce ensuite dans chaque pièces il y a des prises qui ne fonctionnent pas, des interrupteurs reliés à rien, la literie est déplorable, trop peu de vaisselle etc etc. Mon ressenti est que pour encaisser les loyers là il y a du monde mais pour réinvestir il n'y a plus personne. De même, une cafetière trop petite au vu du nombre de locataires. Un + pour les jeux d’enfants et jeu de carte, c’est sympa d’avoir ça dans la loc.
