Superbly located at the heart of Kato Paphos/ Universal Area (touristic area), Angie Villa is a little Mediterranean Paradise. The Houses is part of a small-complex of 4 villas, each villa separated by fence. A luxurious private jacuzzi pool (outdoor) will give you the relaxation you were looking for. There is free Wi-Fi and a private parking.  
Situated in a very popular location (Universal Area), this property is perfect if you’re looking for a quiet escape, away from the hustle and bustle of the city while not too far from its comfort. Within 3 -5 minutes’ walk there are all the amenities such as: cafes, restaurant, bank, atm, gym, pharmacy, supermarket and kiosks. City center is 5 minutes’ drive, as well as the nearest blue flag awarded beach (SODAP Beach).  
This spacious town house has an open plan living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy our luxurious, lavish master bedroom with a king-size bed and your own en\_suite bathroom. Patio doors lead out to the covered veranda and garden which has direct access to a jacuzzi pool.  
Also, there is a guest WC on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are 2 En-suite bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and private terrace.
