Namur, great patisserie, is next door. The 5th floor apartment is large, but it requires a walk up a flight of stairs. The elevator is tiny and 50 years old. Kitchen is adequate but certainly not luxury. Same with bathrooms. Stall shower is very small. Kept hitting the faucet, which changed the water temp. Living room couch is not very comfortable. Check-in was not convenient. Make sure you have the manager's number. Not enough garbage bags or soaps.
