Property looked brand new. Everything was digital including the keys. Loved that there was free laundry facilities. 10 minutes walk to Notre Dame and Old town.

Luxembourg Lux Stay
The staff was extremely helpful with car parking and check in. It was not the easiest! Perfect location to see and visit the local sites when traveling with friends. The apartment was well appointed and very comfortable for two couples traveling together. It was a great first stop on our European vacation. Thanks to all!

This was bad experience with arrival no was there due to the holiday and poor communication and I am sure will not book there unfortunately the property is good but the way us mange pourly I hope they can do o better job maybe this will help thanks

Dear Ahmed, We are sorry if you did not appreciate our self-check-in procedure at the kiosk. As indicated in our emails and on the platform, our reception office is open from Monday to Friday, from 9AM to 5.30PM.Please note that outside reception opening hours, we send an email with detailed instructions to proceed to the self-check-in online or with the kiosk available 24/7 in the entrance hall. We also provide the code to open the main entrance door prior to the guests’ arrival.There is also a concierge service in case of emergency that you can reach by calling the reception at (352)20603480.If you prefer to be assisted in person in the future, we do suggest you to contact us before your arrival, so that we will be able to organize a check-in meeting in person at the reception.Kind Regard.

The apartment space was fantastic, as was the entire facility, though the showers in the gym were closed. The staff was gracious and helpful, though I had to checkin on a keypad. We had many technical issues at checkin and it took about an hour and at least 30 calls between me and the home office to get everything sorted. Nevertheless, the staff walked me through the checkin process on the phone and were very patient. The fire alarm went off at 1 am on the first night and it took about an hour to get that sorted. It was caused by someone in another unit who was cooking without the vent in the middle of the night. I attribute the delayed response time to the fact that there was no staff person present at the hotel on the weekend. We had to wait for the guy from the security company to come and sort things out. By the time he arrived, police and fire team were there. Staff returned to hotel on Monday. Centrally located in Luxembourg city. automated hotels may be the future, but my experience with this hotel shows me that the future has not yet arrived. The area around the hotel was also insanely noisy… and I once lived above a bar in Philly, so that is saying something. All in all, it is a great place to stay if you are tech- savvy enough to check yourself in digitally, want to be in the heart of the city, are traveling with a group and have a car (park 35 nightly). If computers are not your thing, and you plan to stay on the weekend, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Residential feel in a luxury building. Top quality fixtures in a new modern facility. Gym and sauna on site as well as laundry room. Perfect for a few days or longer as the kitchen is fully equipped.

The property was well maintained and clean. I loved how clean it was. There are great restaurants and lots of amenities close by. The rooms can be quite noisy when the windows are open because it is on the direct flight path from the airport.

The ApartHotel is perfectly located, around 5 mins from the main train station and right by the bridge to the old town. The room was very generous, clean and well equipped. Just take note that due to the proximity to the airport you will hear the planes - sometimes very loudly. I got a call before I arrived explaining everything and the self check in was very easy (I would recommend filling out everything beforehand online though, I imagine it could be a bit annoying typing everything on the screen there). I would definitely stay here again.
