Der Blick von der Wohnung geht auf einen kleinen Platz mit Bäumen. Obwohl das Studio zentral gelegen ist, ist es recht ruhig. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, auch wenn einige defekte Gegenstände nicht ersetzt wurden. Das Self-Checkin ist zwar anonym, hat aber gut geklappt.
