"The facility is clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location is very good for visiting Clairvaux. The staff seemed friendly and tried to provide a good service. The restaurant food was good and the wait staff, although trying and working hard seemed a little confused - I think there were some internal misunderstandings about the hotel procedures among the staff. "We had a basic room (average amount of space, etc) Came with mini bar but no coffee in room. Shower leaked on bathroom flood and hair dryer did not work. Room key is required to keep lights on (and only one was provided for 2 people). Did not use pool or spa. Village is quite nice, location of hotel was good for visitors going to castle, other sites."

"Rooms were clean and big. The area is surrounded by greenery. While not in the heart of the old town, its still accessible to old town by the tram and bus. To and from airport is easy by bus, but be prepared to walk about 10mins or so from the nearest bus stop to the hotel (or you can catch a bus then change to a tram as the tram stop is nearer). Public transport in Luxembourg is free."
