"We had a wonderful stay in Montignac-Charente. The apartment is a short walk to the town center and we enjoyed stopping in at the patisserie and the cafe. A full grocery store is a short drive away. Our dogs also loved long walks along the country roads beside fields filled with sunflowers. Our host met us when we arrived, kindly showed us how everything worked, and even gifted us some apple preserves that tasted fabulous on our morning croissants. "We had a fabulous stay! Kids had a marvellous time! House was spacious, games room was amazing- keeping kids busy and outside was really fun! We all enjoyed the pool, the little ones loved the little bikes and play house too, table tennis was great! There was just so much to do, we only went out for a short time each day just to see the area a bit - (there is a hands on goat-milking in Nantieul which kids enjoyed, and a lovely craft market in Vertieul) but we mostly made the most of the house and garden. Thomas was so kind and accomodating -helping us out with everything we needed. Thank you so much!"
