Bathroom surfaces were not all cleaned. The soap dispenser had dust and hair on it.
No sun blind/net curtains for privacy from views.
Drapes were not block out, hard to sleep after a long haul flight with sun streaming through.
No fridge or tea and coffee making facilities.
However, I liked the property, staff were brilliant, excellent breakfast, nice bed.

The hotel met an important locational need and is convenient for the Stadtpark (which is well worth visiting at any time of year but especially in the autumn) as well as a U-bahn station to get into the City Centre. The rooms are good, clean and tidy and the breakfasts are very good indeed, staff have always been friendly (I have stayed there a number of times now). Underground parking is worth paying for as there are little or no spaces on-street. The street itself is quiet.

Everything was excellent from start to finish! Spa was amazing best massage! Bar were awesome especially their staff Alden. Khan and Michela! We had the best time!
