Escape to “Shared Summit” on Minnesota’s North Shore

For years our family has been visiting Lutsen Mountains to enjoy one of the best ski resorts in the Midwest. When we discovered all the incredible things the north shore has to offer the rest of the year, we had to have a home here. We wanted a place to “get away from it all” and connect with family and friends. We bought our cozy 2-bedroom townhome that we affectionately call “Shared Summit”.

We’ve fully stocked our place with kitchenware, Coffee/Tea/Hot Cocoa bar, wood burning fireplace (free wood provided by the resort) and comfortable sleeping arrangements for 6 guests (8 guests if you don’t mind being ‘cozy’ and sleeping on a pull-out couch). All of our art pieces are of local landmarks and sites that you can actually go and see in person. We have a Loft bedroom (The Waterfall Room) sleeps two people on a queen bed. Our lower-level bedroom (The Ski Room) sleeps 2 on a double bed and 2 on a twin bunk bed. Other unique amenities we’ve included for your enjoyment in our townhome…

NOTE: Unfortunately, our 3 story Townhome is not handicap accessible. Each level has 8+ stairs to navigate.

Guest access directly at the unit - door code will be provided in check-in instructions 48 hours prior to arrival.

Resort Amenities: Pools and hot tubs are HOA-managed and may close without notice. Availability is not guaranteed; refunds are not provided for amenity closures.

Rental Agreement: A short registration form must be completed after booking prior to receiving check-in details.

Ski-in/ski-out access is dependent on mountain operations, weather, and trail availability and is outside the hosts responsibility.
