Was in the area for hiking. This location was great for all the trails we wanted to do. The beds were amazingly comfortable after a long day on the trails. Loved having the fireplace too. I would definitely stay here again.

These condos are always incredibly spacious with a great kitchen and dining area plus living room. The outside deck has nice furniture for relaxing. The bedroom is large and comfortable. Only complaint is that the building we were in was right next to the road so there was road noise most of the time.

Loved this place!!! Unexpected trail down to the base the river was great! Spent mornings with coffee and evenings with wine down at this wonderful place. Less than an hour from all the sights we wanted to see and great to be able to cook dinner at "home" at the end of the day.

The view from our condo was wonderful -- overlooking Lake Superior! We enjoyed being on the 2nd floor so that we could get the best view. The activities they offer are great! We did the waterfall (not much of a waterfall -- but a nice section of rapids and a great hike) and winery tour and really enjoyed ourselves. All of the staff we interacted with were very professional and pleasant. We plan on coming back!

We selected one of the smaller units. It had a small frig and microwave and a balcony. The property is very nice. There’s a trail leading down to the shoreline with places to build a bonfire. We were there in the summer and hiked a beautiful trail at Temperance River, as well as driving to Grand Marais.

Overall a very good experience and exactly what we are looking for. 20 miles south of Grand Marais and less than a mile from Superior National Golf Course and North Shore Winery. Room was clean and views were great, although it was foggy for much of our stay. Would absolutely stay again.
