Unfortunately, the hotel never sent me the codes, and I stood outside the door for a good ten minutes before a kind passerby helped me by calling the hotel for me to ge the codes (my US phone doesn't work in Europe). "The hotel itself was great as well as the restaurant. Unsure how I didn’t know it was connected to a casino before booking but I was caught off guard when it felt like I was checking into the circus casino when it’s the same space as the hotel. Overall, location and everything was good but slightly uncomfortable leaving the hotel. Several sketchy characters lingered in the parking lot when we walked our bikes back and forth from the garage. If I felt more safe at the hotel and its surroundings, I would’ve given it 5 stars."

There was only one small cup, two glasses but one was dirty, no spoons, and no tea, coffee or sugar etc. Not very welcoming. The luggage rack was broken. Otherwise a nice room and good-sized bathroom."
