Beautiful vacation home with private pool on the edge of a pretty village in the Ardèche, Lussas, 14 km from Aubenas.

You have the privilege of having two independent houses enjoying a beautiful pool that is not visible. Nestled in a green and enclosed grounds, a modern villa and a more traditional Provençal house welcome you in a quiet environment. A summer kitchen, a large shaded terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue make it an ideal place to enjoy the fresh air and dinner under the stars. These 2 houses can accommodate a large family or a group of friends who want to spend a vacation with privacy. The modern villa is cozy, contemporary and neatly furnished, while the traditional house invites you to Provence with mainly wood furnishings.

In the heart of the Ardèche Regional Park, on the outskirts of the village of Lussas, known for its dolmens and its Gallo-Roman oppidum, this property exudes an atmosphere of serenity and offers a beautiful view of the mountains of Coiron and the castle of Mirabel. You are ideally located between the green Provence, the Gard and the Drôme Provençale, close to the Rhône Valley, known for its famous AOC wines, and not far from the attractions of Vallon Pont d'Arc, including the high mineral arch. At 53 meters, the door opens to the magnificent gorges of the Ardèche, distinguished by charming villages like Vogüé or Balazuc, their local products and their delicious bistros.

Tolles Ferienhaus in schöner Landschaft

Wir waren ein Gruppe von 9 Erwachsenen. Das Feriendomizil mit seinem zwei separaten Häusern und dem großen und tollen Pool lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und gut eingerichtet. Die drei Badezimmer und die speraten Toiletten waren sauber und ebenfalls gut eingerichtet. Ein schöner Grillplatz und die komplette Gesamteinrichtung runden das tolle Angebot ab. Ausreichend Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus vorhanden.Wer etwas französisch sprechen kann, hat klare Vorteile, aber es geht auch mit englisch. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und humorvoll, sie bemühen sich sehr, das gesamte Anwesen in Schuss zu halten. Die kleine Gemeinde Lussas ist mit ein paar Schritten erreicht. Ein Bäcker und ein kleiner Tante-Emma-Laden lädt zu kleinen Einkäufen ein. Zwei kleine Restaurants sind auch da. Bei "Chez Charly" kann man auch sehr gut Essen. Das andere Restaurant haben wir nicht getestet.Lediglich die Öffnungszeiten sollte man stets beachten, da sie doch sehr variieren. Fazit: zum Erholen und als Ausgangsort für zahlreiche Ausflüge in der landschaftlich faszinierenden Region Ardeché ist das Ferienhaus und der Ort Lussas ideal.Em Ende noch ein weiterer kleiner Tip: ein kleines und feines Top-Restaurant wartet im nahegelegenen Örtchen Mirabel, das "La Terrasse de Mirabel".

Les deux maisons peuvent accueillir 2 familes en independance ou autour de la cuisine extérieure avec un tres bon barbecue Seul le bruit des voisins animaux, bucherons ou viticulteurs peuvent gêner les graces matinées. Les croissants et pain sont tops Les pizzas du Kilana a proximité sont très bonnes.

Empfehlenswert für zwei Familien

Das Objekt eignet sich prima für zwei 4 -köpfige Familien. Eine kann auch drei Kinder mitbringen. Sie Lage ist ruhig, die Ausgestattung super. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Eine Aussenküche bringt tolle Optionen zum Grillen und Pizzabacken. Der Pool ist sauber, allerdings nicht geheizt. Was OK ist. Der kleine Ort verfügt über eine Bäckerei und einrn kleinen Supermarkt. Man kann super Wandern und mit dem Auto zu den Attraktionen fahren. Wir waten sehr zufrieden und hatten einen schönen Urlaub im April 2023.

Très bon contact avec les propriétaires. Proprete impeccable et maisons spacieuses. La pluie malheureusement ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la piscine. Cependant je recommande fortement !!
