With a short walk or drive on our private road that leads you right to river front access! The space The Property Cedar Ridge offers 180 acres of woods and river with easy river access. Whether you are propping your feet up in the screened-in porch, or decompressing in the hot tub, you will be surrounded by endless forest and roaming mountain views. House is not river front their is access and it is shared with other guest and the owners but no need to worry there is PLENTY of room! The House Our family personally cleans and inspects Cedar Ridge to ensure quality. The attention to detail extends into every room. Master: king-sized bed, furnished walk-in closet with large private bathroom. Master bath includes his and hers vanities and custom walk-in shower Second bedroom: King-sized bed, furnished, closet Third Bedroom: Queen-sized bed, furnished, closet Bunk room: 4 person bunk, dresser Kitchen: Fully stocked from top to bottom with kitchen/baking utensils and dishes, large prep sink, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, modern touch-screen range Dining room: extra-large custom made locally by Riverside Woodwork, picnic-style dining table Screened-in front porch with seating for both leisure and dining Amenities and Complimentary Items: \-Smart TVs and USB port access in all rooms \-Central heating and air \-Spacious, modern bathrooms \-Stocked coffee station \-Hot tub \-toilet paper \-Grill \-board games \-washer and dryer Guest access Please take notice of the property’s signage while exploring. The appliances are all up to date and new. The hot tub is very comfortable and easy to access. There is a fire pit with dry wood near the fire pit. We spent a lot of time on the front screened in porch playing board games and just talking. The breakfast, lunch, dinner table easily seats nine people. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cups, coffee station, etc. We very much liked our stay. The water access at the bottom of the hill was very easy. On our trip the water was not moving fast and we were able to launch our kayaks at the community access, paddle up river then float down river and fish. It was a very nice weekend. ##### Ronald A. The expansive property was very peaceful and we enjoyed the relative seclusion and silence. The house was large enough for a family of 5 to spread out and enjoy the space. Our only complaint was the cleanliness, which isn’t a dealbreaker. One of the bathrooms had not been cleaned very well. There was hair in the shower, a strong smell of cat urine in one of bedrooms, and empty water bottles under two beds noticed upon arrival. I’m sure this was likely an oversight and not indicative of a pattern based on reading past reviews. I would encourage the owners to stay on top of their cleaners who may have not done such a good job prior to our stay. All in all, it was a good time and we would consider going back. ##### Jeremy H.
