My family and I stayed here for two nights, had a great time. Listing is accurate, it was clean and comfortable, great views from the deck. Extremely convenient to Shenandoah River Outfitters where you can rent canoes, kayaks and rafts. Easy check in/check out!

Beautiful views

Great time at Gramd View.

Anniversary Trip

The directions provided to the property were extremely helpful. The view was magnificent. I loved sitting in the hot tub and watching the sunset! It was peaceful and was a great place to unwind for a few days!

Another great stay!

This is our second time staying at Grand View and we hope to visit again! The house is so clean and cozy. The king sized bed in the master is really comfortable! The view is just amazing and my favorite thing to do was sit on the deck with a cup of hot tea and enjoy the fresh air and view.

Beautiful Mountain Getaway

The cabin had everything we needed and the views were breathtaking!Went horseback riding,Luray Caverns,visited 2 college campuses within driving distance,visited civil war museum nearby and more!!Hosts were so nice and communicated throughout.The temps and atmosphere ideal for a traveler from Arizona!Highly recommended this cabin and the hosts!!

Wonderful girls' weekend at Grand View

This home was wonderful for a girls' reunion weekend. It's the perfect size, fully stocked, very clean and has the most beautiful view you can imagine. The hosts were kind and easy to communicate with. We are already talking about a trip back next year.

Had a great stay while visiting Shenandoah park. Amazing sunrise views from the deck and roasting marshmallows on the fire pit. Super quiet and out of the way, which is good and bad. Great stay, serene.

Our family had a wonderful time. The VBRO provided us with plenty of space and was the perfect place to return to after a day of hiking at Shenandoah NP. We found the drive from the National Park to the cabin to be quite pretty as well. The VRBO itself has a beautiful view. It definitely has a tree house like feel as you are high up in the tree canopy, we really liked that. As avid bird watchers, there was no shortage of birds to listen and look for-this was a very pleasant surprise.

Perfect getaway

Check in was easy and communication never faltered. Place was very clean and accommodating. Kitchen was FULLY stocked. View was amazing and close to town. We liked the speaker that was provided. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Super happy and it gave us exactly what we needed and that was to just relax! Perfect getaway

This house is immaculately clean, beds are comfortable, and its far enough away from everything to be peaceful, but still close to things to do. The only cons were no washer/dryer and no dishwasher, but those are only minor inconveniences. We didnt really have any issues during our stay, but I called Becky with a question as we were checking out and she picked up immediately and was super friendly! I would highly recommend this property to anyone!!

All about the views

Cozy place that's close to so much. The amazing views are truly what made it so great. The only negative was a noisy neighbor. The nearby homes were not an issue except when one decided to play lod music several days in a row. This was obviously out of the control of the homeowner. Otherwise... great place!

Weekend Getaway

We had a great time at this cabin/house in Luray. It was cozy, had everything we needed but was still big enough for us to have a little personal space. The hot tub looking out at the mountains was very relaxing and private. For us this was a great weekend. We went to Luray Caverns which we highly recommend. It's a natural wonder everyone has to experience. I will say that Luray itself doesn't have a ton by way of a food scene or several places seemed closed during our stay. However, the house has a kitchen with everything you need.

Felt like home!!

Becky is the most gracious host and was so communicative! We had a good bit of snow and she made sure to let us know the issue of the backroad leading up to cabin being unplowed and even gave us an alternate date if we choose to wait out the storm. We arrived and fell in love with grand view! Felt so safe and warm and aided the nice touches they had such as the soap and items on hand in the bathroom and the box for the doggies! We literally didn’t leave the cabin lol.we enjoyed movies and played cards and I took a nice bath and that huge jacuzzi tub!

A quick peaceful getaway

Check in and check out was so easy. The owners did a fantastic job communicating and they were so thoughtful with the tiniest details. Forgot some basic things? They probably had em. The moment you arrive, you feel like you’re at home. There’s no TV in the master would have been my only complaint if I had one. The stay was everything we hoped it would be and definitely plan to go back.
