7.4/10 Good! (1,071 reviews)
The resort is really good for the price. It is clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Magaly kept our room clean. Glenys did a great job with my spa treatments and in the main dining area, Mariely (who was in training) and Martin kept our coffee hot and offered excellent service. The food and drinks were not the best, but for the price, it was ok. Plenty of choices to eat. The restaurants food was not very good, but the service was.

8/10 Very good! (162 reviews)
I have been coming to this property for at least five years, and I can honestly say that I truly love this place. The location is beautiful, especially the beachfront setting and the incredible views. There is something very special about being here, and that is why I continue to return year after year.
However, it is becoming increasingly disappointing to see the property decline with each visit. Every time I come back, I notice that the hotel appears less and less well maintained. Areas that were once beautiful and well cared for now look neglected, and it is sad to see such a wonderful property lose some of its charm because of a lack of maintenance and attention to detail.
I really hope management takes this feedback seriously. This property has so much potential because of its location, beachfront views, and overall natural beauty. I would love to continue coming back for many more years, but I also hope to see the hotel restored to the condition and level of care it deserves.
I’m sharing this review because I genuinely love this place and want to see it improve, not because I want to criticize it. I truly hope the owners and management invest in the property and bring back the beauty that made me fall in love with it in the first place.

There isnt front of the beach, no internet, when we’re in the room, they thought we didn’t pay it. Poor service. I would not recommend this place to no one.
