The bathroom wall had some stains on and the counter top was not thoroughly cleaned. There were some mosquito like flying bugs in the room for the 3 nights I stayed. There were a lot of tour groups staying in the hotel; there were not enough seats in the cafeteria for breakfast as all the tour groups had breakfast at the same time. The hotel is very new, with good sized, comfortable rooms and a pretty good breakfast offering. Luoyang is pretty big, so not much was within walking distance (except for lovely Wangcheng Park over the road). However, the hotel reception were very helpful in organising taxis to the grottoes and Longmen station. The bar was also very welcome after a long hot day too!
