Mini-villa air-conditioned 30 m from the sea

Pleasant little house any comfort with 30 m of a cove and 300 m of a pretty beach.

Ideally located in Balagne between Calvi and Ile Rousse, in the marine of Sant Ambroggio, close to the port and its shops (butchery, bakery, bar, restaurant, tobacco / press, boat rental ...)

Renovated kitchen fully equipped: electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, teapot, toaster.
Two small bedrooms, one with 140 bed, the other with bunk beds and a 90 bed (sleeps 3 and an extra bed)
Umbrella bed with mattress
A bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bathtub and washer dryer.
Separate toilets.
Living room with television (Orange Bouquet), Internet and Wi-Fi broadband and sofa corner (with a bed 90).

Pleasant terrace of 40m2 with garden, outdoor shower, table, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and large drying rack.

Linen not provided. Possibility of contact to rent.

70 euros of household requested at the end of the stay.

Une très bonne semaine

Très bon accueil de la part de Anne-Sophie, explications très claires. Logement : très bien situé, notamment peu éloigné des plages de sable, jardin très agréable, belle pièce de vie. Bémols, la chambre à lit double très petite et l'instabilité de l'eau chaude en douche.
