The Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned flat with sea views in Lumio, 800 metres from the beach and the marina, within a small block of four flats. It measures 64 m² and can accommodate up to four guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 32 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of approximately 60 m². We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 32 m² living room with a double sofa bed and TV; Wi-Fi included
- An open-plan fitted kitchen featuring: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed (two single beds)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even greater comfort: washing machine, high chair, cot, plancha.

Outdoors:
- A 60 m² enclosed garden, north-facing
- A 9 m² main terrace, accessed via a French window from the kitchen, with garden furniture and a parasol.
- A second wooden terrace at the far end of the garden, measuring 5m², with two sun loungers to enjoy sunny days.

The flat is ideally situated in Lumio, in a very pleasant setting. The beach is 800 metres away, whilst the wild coast is 1.5 km away. You’ll be close to a bakery, restaurant, bar and mini-market 800 metres away (near the beach), as well as shopping centres 10 km away (Calvi and L’Île-Rousse).

Activities:
The ‘Isle of Beauty’ is brimming with both natural and cultural activities. During your stay in Lumio, you’ll have the chance to make the most of the town’s sunshine by heading to its various beaches to enjoy some peace and quiet or try your hand at the many water sports on offer: stand-up paddleboarding, jet-skiing and boat trips.. If you’re keen to explore, head out into the surrounding area to discover its wonders; the ruins of Occi and the Agriates Desert await you! For the more adventurous, quad biking, 4x4 tours and hikes along the GR20 will appeal to you.
- Event: Calvi on the Rock, held every year in July.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence’s courtyard. This area is shared with the Villa’s four other properties and is enclosed by a sliding gate.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest station: Île Rousse ferry terminal, about 20 minutes’ drive away.
- Nearest airport: Calvi Airport, about 11 minutes’ drive away.

Other notes:
- Free Wi-Fi is available.
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
