Aber das war es dann auch schon! Folgende Merkmale sind schlichtweg falsch: keine zweite Toilette, anstatt Einzelbetten handelt es sich um Stockbetten und die Tischtennisplatte ich auch nirgendwo zu finden. Die Kommunikation vor Ort kann nur auf französisch erfolgen. Die Dame spricht leider kein Englisch! Wir hatten zwecks Mietbettwäsche vor der Reise angefragt und das OK des Vermieters bekommen. Vor Ort wusste die Dame dann davon nichts! Außerdem hatten wir angekündigt, dass wir bereits 2 Stunden früher als der geplante Check-In kommen. Das hat leider auch nicht geklappt. Standen dann in der Mittagshitze mit vollem Auto vor der Anlage und mussten bis zum ursprünglichen Check-In warten. Keine Info im Vorfeld, dass es nicht früher geht. Ca. 1 Woche vor unserem Besuch wurde die Region von einem Heftigen Sturm getroffen. Dadurch war u.a auch die Telefonleitung kaputt. Aber trotz offensichtlicher Reparatur während unsers Aufenthaltes, erhielten wir nicht das korrekte WLAN-Passwort. Sehr ärgerlich für die Jugendlichen! Außerdem wurde die kaputte Terrassenbeschattung auch 3 Wochen nach dem Sturm noch nicht repariert. Dies haben wir dann selbst notdürftig mit einer Plane aus dem Baumarkt erledigt - eine Sache von 30 Minuten! Ebenso hätte der kaputte Sonnenschirm schnell und ohne großen Aufwand ersetzt werden können. Angesichts des Mietpreises und der Jahreszeit (Hochsommer) unserer Meinung eine Selbstverständlichkeit!! Alles in allem hat die tolle Terrasse tatsächlich unser Laune und den Urlaub "gerettet". Buchen werden wir hier aber definitiv nicht mehr! ##### Renate T. Stayed 14 nights in Aug 2022 ---
