The main floor is organised around an open living room with sofas and a TV, that allows access to a small North facing terrace and the North facing garden, as well as a larger South facing terrace and garden. This main South facing terrace has a round dining table with 10 bar stools, 9 garden chairs, 3 sun-beds and a coal barbecue. The inside dining area has a table for 8-10 people and is next to a well equipped kitchen : coffee machine, fridge/freezer, cellar, toaster, raclette machine, kettle, gas hob, double oven. North-West facing windows show a great view of Lake Geneva and the garden from the living area and the kitchen. The master bedroom is the only one on this floor : 2 single beds joined to make a 180cm x 200cm double bed, lake view from the large window, lots of built-in cupboard space, with its ensuite bathroom : bathtub, sink, separate shower. The hallway between the bedroom and the main room offers lots of storage space and a separate WC. The lower ground floor accommodates four bedrooms. The first is small and has a sofa-bed for 2, a cupboard and a garden view, the second has two single beds, a cupboard and access to the garden through glass doors, the third has a double bed with a single bunk bed above it, built-in storage space, a desk and access to the garden through glass doors, and the last bedroom has a 180cm double bed and access to the garden. On this floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower room and a separate toilet. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Free wifi available. La vue depuis le logement est exceptionnelle, c'est un grand plaisir de se réveiller le matin en observant le lac en contrebas, et les montagnes de l'autre côté. Le niveau d'équipements est très bon puisqu'on retrouve tout le nécessaire, notamment en cuisine. Petite précision car l'annonce est floue à ce niveau là (incohérence entre les chambres annoncées puis le détail des chambres) : il y a bien 5 chambres avec 2 places par chambre. L'arrivée et le départ se font facilement en passant à l'agence, devant laquelle il est facile de stationner. En revanche, gros point négatif au niveau de l'hygiène et de la propreté. Le logement n'était pas propre à notre arrivée (beaucoup de poussière dans les chambres, cheveux et poils dans les pièces d'eau et sur le canapé, évier à moitié bouché). Cela dégrade l'expérience. Lors de notre séjour, nous avons également rencontré des soucis mineurs avec la température de l'eau, qui était assez basse.
