"Super friendly and helpful staff, my husband and I got some trouble on our way to Jesenik, and the staff was super understanding and pacient with us! Loved the facilities, definitely a place to rest and decompress. The pool and sauna are amazing, and the views from there during the winter are incomparable. We will come back for sure! "This was a great place for the area, the owner personally comes and checks you in, and is easy to contact if necessary. He was very accommodating to our needs. We visited from Canada, and found our bachelor room to be more spacious then what the pictures showed. I was worried at first with the pictures/ limited angles, but I was pleasantly surprised. The mattresses were very comfortable, and the kitchenette had everything we needed! My only recommendation would be to take better pictures of the accommodation, because it was a very cute place! "
