A cozy wood-burning fireplace, spacious living area and in-unit laundry make it an inviting home base for your mountain getaway. Get onto the slopes without driving to the base, then return to warm up by the fire and relax with family or friends.
The Space:
This comfortable second-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bath Winterplace condo is a welcoming home base for families and friends visiting Okemo. Located directly across from the pool building and a short walk from ski access, it makes it easy to enjoy both the mountain and Winterplace’s amenities.
The living area offers space to relax together, with a wood-burning fireplace, provided firewood, and a flat-screen TV. A full kitchen and adjacent dining area make meals at home convenient, whether you’re preparing breakfast before skiing or gathering for dinner after a day outdoors.
Sleeping arrangements:

• Bedroom 2 — Two twin-over-twin bunk beds

Ski access and Okemo’s A & B lifts are a short walk across the parking lot, where you’ll find a beginner-rated trail leading down to the base lodge area. Enjoy convenient mountain access without driving to the main base. Please check trail maps and snow reports for current conditions, lift schedules, and trail openings.
Winterplace’s community amenities include an indoor swimming pool, winter-only hot tubs, and summer tennis and basketball courts. With the pool building directly across from the condo, a relaxing swim is close at hand.
Parking: Free parking is available for up to two vehicles per reservation.
Please note: This is a second-floor condo, with a short walk across the parking lot to reach the slopes.
