This vast, sophisticated and stylish barn conversion with a large fully enclosed garden is the perfect escape and can sleep up to 6 guests. The main downstairs living space of this characterful property comprises of a traditional yet modern fully equipped kitchen diner, with Aga (currently out of service but we do have and electric oven) dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine. Off the kitchen, we have a utility room with washer/ dryer machine. For those needing a bit of peace and quiet, we have an office-come-snug room with large Smart TV. Our lounge, with log burner for the colder months, also has a large Smart TV and patio doors that lead out into a large, fully enclosed, pretty garden -- a lovely space to spend time in the warmer months. Upstairs, we have three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite shower room. Bedroom two has a super king bed that will split into two singles (please see other details to note section). The third bedroom also has a king size bed. All of the bedrooms have plenty of storage. The family bathroom has a bath and a shower over the bath. We have plenty of parking for cars, although we can not accept Motorhomes, caravans or large vans. The entire property is all yours during your stay. Bedroom 2 - Split bed. The super king bed will be made up as a super king. If you need to have it split into two single beds, please let us know at the time of your booking or no later than 48 hrs before your stay. Otherwise, we may not be able to accommodate the request. We have parking on our drive for up to 4 cars, although we can't accept motorhomes, caravans or large vans. Cot and high chair are provided at no charge Our property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced. Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay. The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
