Unit is located on the third floor, no elevator. Properties listed as ski-in/ski-out access rely on mother nature and Okemo Mountain Operations snowmaking teams and lift access. Neither Inside Edge nor Property Owners can guarantee snow availability or lift operations. VT Rooms & Meals Tax is 12%. The VT Rooms & Meals Tax account number for Inside Edge is: MRT-11096629. RENTAL RULES SMOKING: SMOKING AND/OR VAPING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE. VEHICLES: All vehicles must be parked in designated parking area. If parking passes are required by the complex we will issue them with instructions at check in. OVERNIGHT STAYS: People other than those in the Guest party set forth may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest. The Guest who is responsible for booking the stay must remain present at the property for the duration of the stay. Videos of each room will be taken prior to your arrival and immediately after your departure. FIREPLACE USAGE: If your property has a fireplace, usage is permitted. Please follow instructions posted in the unit. Do not remove ashes from the fireplace - this is the number one cause of house fires in Vermont. A supply of cut, split and seasoned firewood is available at property. INVENTORY: Our rental is equipped with linens, towels, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, appliances, washer, dryer, stove, coffee maker, televisions, etc. A complete review of the household inventory is performed before your arrival and as the house is cleaned after your departure. You will be charged for any broken or missing items. CONDUCT: You and your party agree NOT TO DISTURB neighbors with loud noise, music, or unlawful or unsafe behavior. If you allow or participate in such behavior, you will be asked to leave and forfeit the remainder of your rental fee and deposits. However did not realize that it was on the 3rd floor and there were only stairs. This may have been in the description but I missed it.
