There is a huge need for deep cleaning. There is an accumulation of dust that is not good for people with allergies. There is also a strong smell that we easily fixed by adding candles and plug-in scent oils. Making the stay a little less uncomfortable. Lots of spiderwebs everywhere and we even found mouse poop. The pictures do not reflect the actual condition on the house. They views are wonderful (we stayed there in the winter, so the lake was frozen over, by I am sure it would be also great for a summer stay) There are five floors, so if you have several couples sharing the house, it provides a great deal of privacy for everyone.
