This is the ideal haven for guests wanting to get away from it all, but also for those who wish to be more active and explore the countryside a little further afield, such as the Stretton and Clee Hills, the Mortimer Forest and the Welsh and North Herefordshire borders. There are many historic buildings in the area, including Ludlow, Stokesay, Croft and Powis castles, and the popular World Heritage Site at Ironbridge Gorge with its ten fascinating museums. The property is 5 miles from the picturesque market town of Ludlow, with its many independently owned shops, pubs, and restaurants. The town of Craven Arms is just 11 miles away, and offers a supermarket and a selection of takeaways, if a quiet evening in is preferred.

Stayed over at the larches for 5 days with my family and kids it was absolutely amazing.

Stayed over at the larches for 5 days with my family and kids it was absolutely amazing. We had such a lovely break, super peaceful just what we needed 😌. Would highly recommend for couples and families with kids as we got to hire a bouncy castle whilst we were here also went to ludlow castle, it was beautiful. We would definitely be booking again in the near future.

We had a fantastic week at the Larches with beautiful sunshine all holiday.

We had a fantastic week at the Larches with beautiful sunshine all holiday. Our dog loved the enclosed garden and spent most of his time outdoors. Very peaceful, which is just what we were looking for. We had a couple of trips out to Ludlow and Mortimer Forest (only 15 minutes or so away) and the steam train at Bridgnorth. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets and the night sky was brilliant. Our hosts were exceptional - very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back if it's ever available.Thanks 😁
