The property is a stunning hotel with a great mall next door with a range of food options. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the hotel and room were extremely clean. Jasjit on reception and Manpreet and Anuriti in the housekeeping team were also extremely helpful and friendly. Without hesitation I will be staying here again

Here’s a polished, positive review you can use: ⸻ I recently stayed at Best Western Phagwara with my elderly mother, who is a wheelchair user, and our experience was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the Hotel Manager went above and beyond to make sure my mother was comfortable. Good service

It was an absolute fun staying here. The rooms are clean, the food is amazing and the staff is exceptionally well behaved.. Didn't had the time to interact much with the hotel staff, but one person that I interacted with was Mr. Rajat, he is the front desk operative and is very polite. Extra 5 stars to him ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Do interact with him if you get to meet him. Overall a very good experience staying here.
