Don’t stay at this property. Overpriced , Very old hotel, more like a cheap motel , not clean, rooms were worn down and smelled. Staff both in person and on the phone were not friendly - lacked any sense of hospitality or friendliness . First room I was given was being worked on by maintenance . They offered me another room but it was unclean, dirty carpet and smelled like cigarettes- furniture was old and cheap . I ended up cancelled my stay and booked another hotel that was amazing .

I loved the location so forest . A lot of things to do great restaurants within the resort.

We were assigned a room in an old building that is not well maintained. We were disappointed because that room and section are not what we expected based the ratings of this hotel. Particularly the shower portion is too small to take shower without touching the shower curtain or the wall. The ventilation fan is very dirty. The window is old and dirty and the control is broken.
