I’ve been coming her for many years. This was probably my 5th or 6th stay. The property has changed a lot since 2020 and not for the good. Some of the staff were great but most were not friendly and didn’t really have information. Information changed depending on who we asked and a lot of the things I previously liked about the resort are no longer the same. The most disappointing part was the pools were all warm, not refreshing at all….probably will be looking for a new place for my next visit to Cabo

A lot of events happen everyday at the pool.
The food in the buffet wasn't the best and the area was HOT!

Wonderful customer service and attention to details. The food was authentic and the drinks were excellent. This is a great place when you're looking for a high-quality, relaxing vacation without all the noise.
