The cabin overlooks a beautiful bay with tidal islands and is surrounded by protected land. This area is great for birdwatchers, and anyone that loves quiet, natural setting at waters’ edge. You can walk down to sit on the rocks during low tide. And we offer spectacular views from the comfort of the cabin inside and outside from either of the two decks. We also have an interesting forested property to explore. And Lubec is home to “Cobscook Shores”, a series of 20 Parklands with trails along the Maine coastline to keep you hiking every day. So bring your hiking shoes! The town of Lubec is a quick 10 minutes where you can find harbor-side dining or take a whale-watching excursion. If you prefer to eat in, there are grocery stores minutes away and can prepare your meals with our fully-equipped kitchen.
