This house, surrounded by a spacious 3000 m2 plot, offers soul and charm as well as an architecture reflecting the aesthetics of 1968 with teak wood and mosaic tiles. With only 400 meters to the best beach on Læsø, you can enjoy optimal conditions for swimming and fishing right from the coast. Additionally, one of North Jutland's best and most beautiful 18-hole golf courses is only about 1 km away, allowing you to combine beach life with a round of golf. Indoors, the house is furnished with a 70 m2 large living room where the whole family can gather and enjoy each other's company without disturbances. There is also a modern IT equipment package including Chromecast, iPad, Bluetooth speakers, and free wifi, keeping you entertained and connected throughout your stay. Outdoor facilities include three terraces, including a morning terrace with sun from early morning, a large terrace connected to the living room, and a spacious sea terrace.
