The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Seaview is a newly refurbished spacious unit located centrally in Lowestoft, less than a minute walk into the town centre with all the needed amenities. There is two private parking spots outside the building. Within seaview there are 3 flat. Flat one is a one bedroom apartment, sleeping up to four guests, with a spacious kitchen and a private shower room and direct access into the courtyard. Flat one is located on the ground floor. There is one small step into the property. You enter straight into the dining room. As you continue walking you will walk past the toilet and separate shower room. At the back of the property is a modern and fully equipped kitchen, with direct access to the communal garden. The living room is located next to the dining room with further access to the communal garden. The bedroom is located at the front of the property boasting two single beds and a king sized bed in the same room. Parking is limited to one space out the front of the property which is shared between the entire building, please confirm before booking if you wish to reserve the space and we can confirm whether the space is available. This is a self check in via a key safe, code will be sent on the day of arrival. You will be given two contact numbers during your stay in which you can contact if needed. Located very centrally opposite the Marina Theatre, you are 1 minute walk into the the town center. PLEASE NOTE: EV Charging is strictly permitted at this property.
