Seagull Cottage - Cosy seaside cottage - sleeps 4 - dog-friendly

Seagull Cottage is a spacious yet cosy two bed cottage which has been sympathetically refurbished retaining many original features whilst adding modern luxuries. Thoughtfully presented to create a coastal rustic feel to enhance your time by the sea.

The living room is cosy and welcoming with an exposed brick fireplace with realistic electric stove, a 3 seater and a 2 seater sofa, a large footstool and a large screen Smart TV.
Next is the dining room which has the exposed brick fireplace and the reconfigured stair case leading off it. A generous dining table for four perfect for eating or playing games plus a dresser that houses the glassware, crockery and games.
The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated washer dryer and dishwasher, an electric single oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, cafetiere and teapot. There is also a bistro table and chairs for the morning brew or a social drink whilst cooking.
French doors lead out into the enclosed garden.
A downstairs toilet is located in between the kitchen and dining room.
Upstairs features a beautiful main bedroom with original cast iron fireplace and a handmade bespoke king size bed and headboard with luxury mattress and bedding. Plenty of storage for your belongings, a hair drying station and a TV.
The generous en suite has both a bath and separate shower enclosure.
The second bedroom also has an original cast iron fireplace and has twin singles that can be put together to form a super king. An in built wardrobe and chest of drawers for your belongings, a hair drying station and a TV.
The pretty sunny garden is fully enclosed and has a table and chairs with parasol, two loungers and a BBQ. Perfect for your morning coffee or evening drink or a spot of al fresco dining after a long day on the beach or exploring the local area.
The beach is a 5 minute walk away. Local shops a few doors away and local pubs and restaurants all within a 10 minute walk.
