Did NOT Meet Vrbo Standards

Vrbo promises we are the only ones there... This property had people living in the basement and we could hear them through the floor and smell their cooking. One night they had friends over until 11:45pm. The bathroom had black mold around the tube and window There was wall paper falling over on the towels in the closet There were loose electrical cords on the floor. The TV required you have your own subscription plans (except YouTube). I did submit a report to Vrbo and they basically said contact the owner... I thought Vrbo would want to intervene first to attempt to maintain their image.
