"A 4 night stay for skiing before Christmas. Accessing Spenglers Inn was a little confusing as there this is done via the Hard Rock Hotel reception. HRH don’t advertise that this is the case so only found out when I ventured inside for advice. Access through the HRH is also a bit convoluted but ok once learned. The room was clean and tidy but somewhat old fashioned and energy efficiency wise the window seals could have been better to stop cold draughts. The beds were large and comfortable and the linen fresh and clean. We were thankful that they’d provided us with a kettle and cups on request. A good location to access the ski busses and the main shopping Promenade. "

"I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The staff is extremely nice and so sweet, it really made my stay. I love the little town of Klosters because of the people that live there. The hotel had a very nice restaurant with healthy dining options, the river behind the restaurant terrace makes it so cozy, and the amenities are top-notch, I enjoyed the spa and the pool so much, and the warm tea after the sauna. My only suggestion to improve is wifi, I had to use my hotspot all the time as I work remotely, although it wasn't busy at all. Other than that 10/10!"
