"Things got off to a bit of a rocky start. There were no rooms ready when we tried to check in despite it being 6:30. However the people working the front desk worked hard to accommodate our family. They were able to get us keys to the pool so my kids could swimming while we waited. Once a room was available we were offered a variety of things for compensation due to the inconvenience which we appreciated even though we had not asked for them. The room was nice and overall the hotel was clean and updated."
