Explore the whole property, lie in the hammock or refresh yourself in the slightly salty pool, which is suitable for allergy sufferers. In the evening, enjoy the sea view with a glass of wine and make plans for your activities.

The location is ideal for relaxing and for pursuits such as walks in the forest. Drive your car to the most beautiful beaches and bays of the Opatija Riviera and dive into the crystal clear sea and discover the fascinating underwater world while snorkeling. If you feel like an interesting day trip, you can visit the town of Opatija. It is known for its seaside promenade and was once a renowned spa resort of the Danube monarchy. Stroll along the Franz Joseph Promenade or take a walk in the Margarita Park. Experience Villa Angiolina, beautiful churches and old hotels of historical style, such as Kvarner Hotel, the oldest and most traditional in Opatija.

Note: There is a separate gravel road leading to the house (about 1000 m unpaved road), which gives the house a romantic touch.
