"We will definitely visit again! I love my dogs and like to bring them on vacation with us so when I saw this place by the water that was pet friendly I wanted to book it! I then saw there was a weight limit but I simply messaged them and asked it if was okay they come even though they were bigger. They said yes!! The hosts were very responsive the next morning when we had a situation with bees, Chris was there within minutes treating it and getting rid of them and even offered to move us to another cabin. We didn’t but it was the fact he offered and wanted to do anything to make our stay comfortable. The area was peaceful and the sound of the water from the back deck was soothing. 10/10 would recommend!"

"Our stay in this delightful cabin was amazing. Lorraine could not have been a better host, and everything we needed was there. Cozy was a great word, as my son and I felt it was a home away from home. We had planned on immediatley hiking, but decided to relax at the cabin for a bit first. loved the chickens and ducks, and they did not make any noise. Will definitely be staying again."

"Cabin was very clean and the host was exceptionally thoughtful, providing for almost everything you could need! Very pleased with this booking! Ideally located for motorcycle enthusiasts too, with just a short ride to the bottom of Skyline Drive and the top of the Blue Ridge Parkway. We had a question and the host was very responsive and helpful. Excellent experience!"

"Location was great, right off the Blue Ridge Parkway. Be sure to take screenshots of your check-in code before arriving as there’s spotty Wi-Fi so we couldn’t even call the host. We drove down the road until we got LTE bars on cell phone and then we could check in. Bed was comfy, shower good. Lots of privacy; didn’t hear the neighbors in the cabin next to Dripping Rock. Didn’t use the big tub. Loved the quiet location & all the fireflies. Saw lots of deer & bunnies. Arrived during the Canadian wildfire smoke so that obscured a lot of views. Be sure to visit nearby Sherando (?) Lake nearby: nice beach, outdoor shower, swim to an island, hike trails around it (no lifeguard so be attentive), campsites, picnic tables. Glad we picked it and way quieter than the massive Wintergreen resort."

"We had a great time this weekend in your cozy cabin. There was just enough room for everyone and we were all quite comfortable. The nature around the cabin was so pretty, and we had tons of beautiful butterflies visit us. We ended our afternoons with a nice dip in the hot tub, which is a nice addition to the home. The hosts were very accommodating when we needed local information as well. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home."
